⚠️ Important Notice
These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Belling ('the Company'). By installing, accessing, or using FileBridge, you agree to be bound by these terms.
⚠️ [IMPORTANT] Mobile Data (Cellular) Usage & Billing Disclaimer
FileBridge supports high-speed P2P file transfers over mobile data networks (5G/LTE/3G etc.) as well as Wi-Fi. If you disable 'Wi-Fi Only' mode and transfer files over cellular networks, you may incur carrier data charges depending on your mobile plan. You are solely responsible for all carrier data charges incurred.
Article 1 (Core Service Principles)
FileBridge is a peer-to-peer file transfer utility connecting devices via direct encrypted WebRTC channels (DTLS/SRTP). File contents are never routed through or stored on external cloud servers.
Article 2 (User Responsibility)
Users are solely responsible for the legality, copyright authorization, and security of all transferred content.
Article 3 (Cellular Data & Billing Disclaimer)
- By default, the Service enforces 'Wi-Fi Only Mode' to block unexpected mobile data usage.
- If the User explicitly disables 'Wi-Fi Only Mode' or authorizes transfers over mobile data networks, the User is exclusively responsible for all cellular data charges, overage fees, and carrier billing. The developer assumes no financial or legal liability for such charges.
- While the Service implements fail-safe pause mechanisms upon Wi-Fi disconnection, the developer is not liable for data charges caused by OS-level network switching or background execution policies.
Article 4 (In-App Purchases & Licenses)
The PRO license is provided as a single purchase (one-time payment) license granting access to premium features without recurring subscription fees. In-app purchases, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Google Play Store policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability or zero data loss. The developer is not liable for data loss or transmission failure resulting from network instability or hardware malfunction, except in cases of willful intent or gross negligence.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property & Governing Law)
All trademarks, code, and UI elements are proprietary property of the Company. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
